1. Install VirtualBox

Download:
👉 https://www.virtualbox.org/

2. Download ISO Ubuntu Server

👉 https://ubuntu.com/download/server
Pilih: Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS

⚙️ BUAT VIRTUAL MACHINE

1. Klik New

Isi:

Name: Ubuntu Server 24
Type: Linux
Version: Ubuntu (64-bit)

2. Atur RAM & CPU

Rekomendasi:

RAM: 2048 MB (minimal) / 4096 MB (lebih lancar)
CPU: 2 core

3. Buat Hard Disk

Type: VDI
Storage: Dynamically allocated
Size: 20 GB (minimal) / 40 GB (lebih aman)

💿 MASUKKAN FILE ISO

Klik VM → Settings
Masuk ke Storage
Klik Empty
Pilih icon CD → Choose ISO
Pilih file Ubuntu Server

🚀 MULAI INSTALL

Klik Start

Pilih:


Install Ubuntu Server

🌐 SETUP INSTALLASI

1. Language

→ English / Indonesia

2. Keyboard

→ Default

3. Network

→ Biasanya otomatis (NAT VirtualBox)

4. Storage

Pilih:


Use an entire disk

👉 Aman untuk VM

5. Profile User

Contoh:

Name: Ardaman
Server name: ubuntu-vm
Username: admin
Password: isi bebas

🔐 6. SSH (WAJIB CENTANG)

✔ Install OpenSSH server

👉 Supaya bisa remote dari luar

📦 7. Paket Tambahan

→ Skip dulu (bisa install nanti)

⏳ 8. Tunggu Install

±5–15 menit

🔁 9. Reboot

Setelah selesai:

Tekan Enter
Remove ISO (penting)

Caranya:

Settings → Storage → Remove ISO

🟢 SETELAH MASUK UBUNTU

🔧 UPDATE SISTEM


sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y

🌐 CEK IP ADDRESS

🔥 SETTING AGAR BISA DIAKSES DARI HOST (OPSIONAL)

Masuk VirtualBox:
👉 Settings → Network

Ubah:

Adapter 1: NAT
Tambahkan Port Forwarding
